Transcripts
The Presbyterian Historical Society serves as the repository for student records from several closed Presbyterian schools and colleges. Former students and alumni of these schools may request their official transcripts directly from the society. Please note that we cannot offer replacement diplomas.

The society's holdings include student transcripts from:
- Mary Holmes College
- Boggs Academy
- Cook College and Theological School
- Ganado Mission High School
- Tucson Indian Training School
Terms
Use the webform below to request your transcript. Requests can only be made by the former student; please do not request transcripts on behalf of someone else. There is no charge for transcript requests. You may choose to receive three copies of your transcript in sealed envelopes, mailed to the address you provide, and/or one copy of your transcript, mailed directly to the institution at the address you provide. After your request is received, transcripts will be mailed within 3-5 days. Please note that it will take additional time for your transcript to be delivered through the United States Postal Service and to be sorted by the receiving institution (if applicable). Official transcripts must be mailed. We cannot send transcripts via E-script. It is the requester's responsibility to plan ahead in order to meet application deadlines.
