Biographical Note / Administrative History
Alonzo Cline Douglass, a minister of the United Presbyterian Church of North America, graduated from Monmouth College in 1890 and from Xenia Seminary in 1893. His pastoral career was spent entirely in the Midwest and until his retirement in 1956 represented 53 years of continuous service.

Record Group 180 consists of Douglass' sermons, 1891-1945. They are arranged chronologically by the location of his pastorates. A few miscellaneous items are included at the end of the series of sermons.
