The Presbyterian Historical Society serves as the repository for student records from some closed Presbyterian schools and colleges. Former students and alumni of these schools may request their official transcripts directly from the Society. Please note that we cannot offer replacement diplomas. The Society's holdings include student transcripts from:

We accept payment by check or money order made payable to: Presbyterian Historical Society. We also accept credit card payments. To pay by credit card, fill-out, sign, and return the Transcript Request Form complete with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card information.
With each paid request we receive, we will send either one transcript to the institution indicated on the form, or three transcripts in sealed envelopes to the student requesting them.
We cannot send transcripts via E-script. Official transcripts must be mailed. It is the requester's responsibility to plan ahead in order to meet application deadlines. We will deliver transcripts according to the service options below.
$5.00 for Standard Service (Transcript is sent within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment by postal mail.)
$23.00 for Express Delivery (Transcript is sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment by UPS 2nd Day delivery, which includes tracking.)
Please note that we require the signature of the student. We will also supply education verification for third parties.
