Full Text of Special Journal Issue Available Online

Several years in the making, the Spring 2000 issue of The Journal of Presbyterian History, "Is Christ Divided?" Presbyterians in Times of Controversy " came off of the presses in time to be available at the General Assembly in June. The timing was also fortuitous in that the GA had received an overture requesting the Presbyterian Historical Society to prepare a study of past controversies within the denomination. It was gratifying for PHS Director, Fred Heuser, to report that we had already prepared a special issue and to distribute copies.

Because of the immediacy of the issue, the text of the entire issue has been placed online and can be downloaded from:

The Presbyterian Historical Society will periodically place the full text of articles deemed noteworthy on our web site.
